4 Axis tube cutting machine
A fully automatic tube cutting machine to cut tubes into small parts at different angular edges as per requirement with use of HSS Blades driven by induction motors as seen in the image.
A PLC controlled system working on pneumatic cylinders operating in sequence and feeding done using Stepper motor and roller arrangement.

Automatic tube cutting application by modification in conventional Thada machine
Tube is auto fed by stepper motor and roller arrangement, feeding is sensed by laser sensor which enables the cutting operation.
